Loren will guide guests through four distinct styles of Riesling, with a focus on the nuance and range of German dry Rieslings, finishing with an off-dry expression to highlight the grape’s versatility.

This tasting is thoughtfully paired alongside our hot pot experience, making it a perfect opportunity to explore how Riesling’s acidity, texture, and subtle sweetness complement bold, interactive flavors. To round out the evening, guests will also enjoy a guided Hot Pot experience, walking through the essentials of building broths, selecting ingredients, and pairing flavors with Chef Megan of Highlow Larder.
